Description: Unpolished GMT-Master II with 3186 caliber and rectangular dial as a spanish full set.

The case is in top condition. Unpolished, it shows perfect proportions, razor-sharp edges and a wonderful matte finish. There are minor signs of wear and a tiny chip on the lower right lug, but overall an absolutely great case.

The quality of the case and the short wearing time the watch has had so far are also wonderfully confirmed by the intact caseback sticker.

The GMT-Master II dial is in perfect condition. It is the rare and demanded RECTANGULAR variant. Here, the Roman two has been printed a little too short, which means the horizontal lines end above the horizontal lines and form a rectangle, i.e. RECTANGULAR.

The bezel is razor-sharp and, jut as the case, shows only light signs of wear. The Coke bezel inlay is also great with clear colors.

In addition to the dial, this watch is equipped with another highlight. Towards the end of production, Rolex equipped the 16710 with the new 3186 caliber. This 3186 caliber can only be found in very high Z serial numbers (from Z7 at the earliest) until the discontinuation of the 16710 in the subsequent M series. This means that the 16710 was equipped with the 3186 caliber for less than a year, making it one of the rarest GMT variants.

Rare dial, even rarer movement and in a beautiful full set. The watch has been sold on March 5, 2008 by rolex authorized dealer XAGEMA in VIGO (SPAIN). The scope of delivery includes the original GMT booklet, as well as SU Rolex Oyster, seal, etc.

The 78790A Oyster bracelet is in the same fine condition as the watch. It shows a little more wear than the case, but overall it’s great. It has 11 links and with the clasp code EO5 for May 2007, it is the original bracelet for the watch.

Conclusion: Top 16710 GMT with the rarest features directly from the original Spanish owner. Couldn’t be any better.
