The case is in wonderful condition. Unpolished, with an intact caseback sticker and the typical superficial signs of wear that simply cannot be avoided with gold, it is convincing at first glance. Full lugs, sharp edges and a perfect original matte finish. Exactly how you want it to be.
The super cool blue Datejust dial is in perfect condition. Due to the Rolex print on the entire surface of the dial, these dials are also known as computer or anniversary dials. By the way, this is the early and correct version of this dial with the imprint T Swiss Made T at 6 o’clock on the dial.
I particularly like the wonderful play of colors between the yellow gold and the strong blue of the dial and this was also the reason why I bought the watch immediately to offer it to you.
Of course, the bezel is also wonderful and unpolished and the glas has no weaknesses.
Just as the watch, the Super Jubilee bracelet, in 18 carat with a covered folded clasp is perfect. Almost no stretch as you can see in the pictures and 23 links make it perfect. The clasp code R2 stands for February 1993 and is therefore the original bracelet for the watch.
A little knowledge excursion: Yellow gold watches have been produced in batches at Rolex, so that E series has been produced at the end of 1991, but have been delivered only at the beginning of 1993.
