Description: Classic Datejust with a beautiful case and rare Boiler Gauge dial.
The case is in wonderful condition. Full lugs, sharp edges and the typical gap between the bezel and the case on both sides lead me to suspect that this case is unpolished. Signs of wear are minimal and therefore overall an absolute eye-catcher.
The dial is special. It is a so-called Boiler Gauge dial. These dials can be recognized by the applied Arabic digits and the minute track on the inside. Furthermore, the color is not pure white, but slightly creamy. The condition is excellent.
The hands are also great, the bezel is razor-sharp and the sapphire glas is undamaged.
This beautiful Datejust comes on a brand new Wempe leather strap and with a matching gold-plated pin buckle.
Conclusion: Beautiful watch that always looks good on the wrist.
