Description: Beautiful and extremely rare 222 JUMBO in yellow gold.
The case is in top condition. Recently undergone a gentle service, it shows perfect proportions, beautiful edges and a perfect matt finish on the top of the case. Signs of wear are almost non-existent.
The bezel identical to the case and is in excellent condition, characterized by a great matt finish and sharp teeth.
The wonderful dark gray dial is top. The matt structure of the dial is perfect, the lume has a wonderfully strong patina and there is no damage to be found.
The hands just as the dial are in top condition. The sapphire crystal is perfect and without damage.
The integrated 222 JUMBO bracelet, also made of 18k yellow gold, really stands out. Due to the way they are constructed, these bracelets tend to stretch very quickly. This bracelet has been in a safe for the last 14 years and before that it has been worn very little. Therefore it shows almost no stretch, slight signs of wear on the edges and is really outstanding overall.
Conclusion: Jörg Haysek was commissioned to create a unique watch for the 222nd anniversary of the Vacheron Constantin brand and as you can see the result is really beautiful and unique.
