Description: Absolutely gorgeous 1803 Day-Date with a very rare and beautiful gray sunray-cut diamond dial.

The case is in wonderful condition. As part of a Rolex service carried out in 2021, the case has gently been polished for the first time and the result is amazing. Full lugs, wonderfully sharp edges and a perfect matte finish on the top of the case.

After the service, the watch has rarely been worn and therefore only shows the slightest signs of wear.

The highlight of this watch is the wonderful and very rare gray diamond dial. These dials are special as they are characterized by a very present sunray-cut, which gives the dial a unique look. The print of the font and minute track on these dials is also special, as it is much larger and has beautiful serifs.

If you take all these factors in consideration as well as the fact that the dial is in perfect condition, this wonderful Day-Date will absolutely enchant you on your wrist.

The set of hands, just as the dial, is top notch, with a harmonious patina.

The bezel is wonderfully sharp and the plexiglas shows only minimal signs of wear.

As already mentioned, the watch comes with a Rolex service card, dated November 12, 2021.

In addition to the dial, the 8385 President bracelet is another highlight. I have rarely seen such a well-preserved bracelet. The crown on the clasp is absolutely perfect, the bracelet shows almost no stretch and comes with all 24 links! Furthermore, with clasp code B it is the original bracelet to the watch!

Conclusion: Wonderful Day-Date that will enchant every fan and lover of this series.
