Description: Vintage Heaven. An Orange Hand that makes our hearts beat faster.
The case is in very good condition. It has certainly been lightly polished in the past, but as the pictures show, it was done perfectly. Full lugs, sharp edges, and a wonderful matte finish characterize the case. There are minor signs of wear, but of course no deep scratches, dents, or anything like that.
The dial is an absolute highlight. The Orange Hand needs patina to reveal its full beauty, and this dial has plenty of it. It’s characterized by a wonderfully clear print and, as mentioned, a wonderfully strong patina of the lume material. Incidentally, this is the MKV version, which is perfectly timed.
The hands are also great – just look at the pictures. A wonderful, even patina that matches the dial perfectly, and an Orange Hand hand that absolutely deserves its name.
The bezel, just as the case, is top-notch. Light signs of wear, but overall simply perfect for the overall look of the watch, and in the MKIV version, it also matches the year of manufacture perfectly.
The 78360 Oyster bracelet, just as the watch, is in fine vintage condition. The bracelet shows some stretch, but wears perfectly on the wrist and with a clasp code of G for 1982, it is the original bracelet for the watch.
Conclusion: An Orange Hand that you’ll love from the first second, because it has the look it takes.
