Extremely rare and beautiful Rolex Zenith Daytona with Mother of Pearl MOP diamond dial. The case is in very good condition. In the course of a Rolex service in 2013, it has been gently polished for the first time, showing full lugs, great edges and a very good matt finish on the top of the case. Since then, the watch has been worn very carefully and therefore shows only minor signs of wear on the side surfaces. The highlight of this watch is the extremely rare and truly beautiful Mother of Pearl MOP dial set with diamonds. I know a total of ten other watches with this dial and most of them are in important collections. The condition of the dial is perfect. No damage on the surface, perfect subdials and it has a particularly beautiful mother of pearl texture that reflects the different colors in any light. Of course, the diamonds are also perfectly set and the print is clear and present, as it should be for Rolex. The set of hands are of couse the correct variant, without lume material. The bezel is wonderfully sharp, has been slightly polished in 2013, shows full numbers and only minor signs of wear. As already mentioned above, the watch comes with Rolex service papers from rolex authorized dealer Christ Juweliere from 2013. The 78398 18k yellow gold Oyster bracelet is identical to the watch in very good condition. Here and there a light sign of wear, gently polished and only light stretch characterize it. Of course, it is also the original bracelet for the watch with the matching clasp code.
Conclusion: A truly outstanding Zenith Daytona. Absolutely beautiful dial, which unfolds its full beauty in combination with the great case.
