Description: Beautiful and rare Tudor 79190 in BLUE!
The case is in very good condition. In the past, the case has been carefully refurbished and has wonderfully full horns, a very good beveled edge and a perfect matt finish on the top of the case. There are minor signs of wear, but no deep scratches, dents or anything like that.
It is also particularly nice that the case back sticker has been largely preserved, which also speaks for the quality of the case.
The blue Submariner dial is certainly the highlight of this watch. Not only is it in perfect condition, the reference 79190 is characterized by a very strong blue tone that immediately enchants the viewer. Of course, it is also the original dial with lume material. The tritium hands are also in wonderful condition.
The bezel is wonderfully sharp with only minor signs of wear. The blue bezel insert is original to the watch, shows just as little signs of wear and the lume point on 12 is correctly filled with tritium. As the pictures show, the lume point lacks the plastic cap, but that doesn’t bother in the least in everyday life.
This beautiful great blue Tudor Sub Date is offered as a full set with box and papers. It was sold by certified dealer Oriental Watch Co. in Hong Kong in July 1996. In addition to the box and papers, it is particularly nice that the original HangTag with serial number has been preserved.
The 9315 Oyster folding bracelet with Tudor folding clasp is in very good condition. It shows slight stretch, minor signs of wear, has all links (1 extra piece) and with clasp code Z3 for March 1997 it was probably added once.
Conclusion: beautiful watch, great full set, something that doesn’t come in often.
