The case is in great condition. Wonderfully sharp edges, a perfect matt finish and only minor signs of wear on the polished side surfaces present a case that is absolutely worthy of a Royal Oak.
The bezel, just as the case, is in top condition with only minor signs of wear. The distances between the screws and the edge of the bezel are optimal and testify to the quality of the watch.
The petit tapestry dial is in very good condition. Wonderfully strong color with clear font and clean totalizers. As you can see in the pictures, especially in natural light, the dial has taken on a light patina towards an anthracite tone which makes the watch even more exciting and looks simply wonderful on the wrist.
The hands are original and the sapphir glas is undamaged.
What is particularly nice is that the original box and the original hangtag with serial number have been preserved for this 5402ST. This is not something you find often wich makes the watch even more special.
The original integrated Royal Oak bracelet is in excellent condition. As the pictures of the bracelet and clasp show, it shows light signs of wear, fine proportions and comes with the early, original clasp, which has „Audemars Piguet“ fully engraved.
Conclusion: The 5402ST is one of the classics in watch history and should not be missing in any collection. A watch that is fully convincing on the wrist as well as in the collection.
