The case is in very good condition. While it has likely been lightly polished in the past, it still displays very pleasing proportions, clean edges, and a very good matte finish on the case top.

The case’s true quality is also evident from the gap between the bezel and the crown. If there is a gap and the case is visible, the watch has only been lightly polished.

There are some minor signs of wear, but overall, the case is in a truly beautiful and honest condition.

The champagne-colored dial is wonderful. As the pictures show, all tritium lume dots are fully intact, and the dial shows no damage whatsoever. The hands are also in excellent condition, with a patina that complements the dial.

The bezel, like the case, has only been lightly polished, with sharp teeth and minimal signs of wear. The sapphire crystal is perfect.

The 8385 President bracelet (18-karat yellow gold) is still in very good condition. It shows only slight stretching (see the specially taken photo), minor signs of wear, and the crown on the clasp is still perfectly intact. The bracelet comes with 22 links and, with the clasp code E for 1980, is the original bracelet for the watch.
