Description: Beautiful 15202ST ULTRA THIN with blue dial from Austria.
In advance: The case has been replaced. In 2018, during a service from Audemars Piguet, it was discovered that the case had a manufacturing defect and therefore needed to be replaced. The old serial number was I10XXX and the new number is J51XXX. This process is perfectly documented by Audemars Piguet and all evidence is available, which is also the reason why I was still very happy to buy the watch. Everything is documented and therefore does not reduce its value or becomes less collectible.
Now off to the detailed description as usual.
The case is in top condition. The watch has been fully serviced by Audemars Piguet in 2024, including a polish of the bracelet and case, and therefore appears almost new. Minimal signs of wear and a small flaw on the lower right edge indicate that the watch has been worn which can only be found with a loupe, or if you look at the watch from a special angle. The rest is, as is typical for AP, perfectly processed.
The bezel, just as the case, is in top condition with minor signs of wear. The distances between the screws and the edge of the bezel are optimal and testify to the quality of the watch.
The blue tapestry dial is in perfect condition and so are the hands.
By the way, this is the real blue dial with the correct dial code 01.
