Description: Nautilus Chrono in rose gold in top condition with an exciting provenance.
The case is in top condition. Perfect proportions, wonderful transitions and edges, as well as a great matte finish characterize it. As the pictures show, there are minimal signs of wear, and of course, there are no deep dents, scratches, or anything similar on the case.
The bezel is identical to the case and in top condition with the same wonderful finish and sharp edges. Signs of wear are also minimal.
The brown Nautilus Chronograph dial as well as the hands are in perfect condition.
This watch comes with a special provenance. It was delivered on November 3, 2010 by AL-Qurum Jewellery LLC in Oman. As the papers show, the customer was the PALACE of OMAN! Something absolutely special and it can be assumed that this watch was presented as a gift by Sultan Qaboos bin Said.
The scope of delivery includes a complete set of pins, the original Patek leather strap, and all instructions.
The Nautilus clasp is also in excellent condition with minimal signs of wear and the watch is currently fitted with a blue RubberB rubber strap which gives the watch a more sporty look. Of course, you can always switch to the original leather strap, which is almost unworn.
Conclusion: A wonderful 5980R-001 with a fascinating history.
