Description: DAYTONA BIG RED in very fine collectors condition.
The case is in wonderful condition. Slightly polished in the past from a and perfectly executed the case shows full proportions, sharp edges and lovely matte finish on top of the lugs. Signs of wear are minimal present and off course no deep scratches, dents or anything like that.
The black BIG RED Daytona dial is in very nice condition mit great charisma. No damages, clear print and strong red Daytona prints characterize it. The tritium lume dots have aged to a nice strong patina and beside one at 6 o clock all are fully present.
As usual with black BID RED dials the subdial show a light fading. That’s typical for these dials and the present example shows only minimum patina with clear white color. Check the picture in natural light.
The original tritium hands are also in very good condition with matching patina to the dial.
The bezel is also very strong with clear print and only light signs of wear.
This great BIG RED Daytona comes with perio correct 78350 oyster bracelet. The bracelet shows light signs of wear and light stretch. Clasp code is H for 1983 and most probably it’s the original bracelet to the watch as manual winding Daytonas weren’t that demanded in the 80s and later delivered as the serial number indicates.
