Description: Beautiful and exciting 5513 with lacquered dial, top patina and so-called spider dial effect.
The dial is cool and exciting. This is the last dial variant of the 5513. The indices are already framed and the dial shows the classic lacquered layer as in all later Rolex models.

The tritium lume has aged wonderfully and shows a super strong yellow tone, which enormously underlines the vintage look of the watch.
Furthermore, the dial is a so-called spider dial. The lacquered layer cracks at some points of the dial over the years and creates a spider web effect on the dial. You can only see this from a special angle and it’s such a nice gimmick that makes this watch special.
The hands are great, with a nice patina that matches the dial.
The bezel inlay is a service bezel with an interesting brown tone. The plexiglas is an original t19 superdomed, which also underlines the vintage charm of the watch.
The 93150 Oyster bracelet is great, with actually zero stretch. The clasp code is OP4 and therefore the bracelet is from April 2006.
Conclusion: Cool sub for vintage fans. Not perfect, but super fun to wear on your wrist.
