Description: Unworn Tritium Zenith Daytona from Italy.
The case is in perfect, unworn condition. As the pictures show, this fantastic Zenith Daytona is unworn and therefore shows a perfect case, razor-sharp edges, and an equally perfect matte finish on the top of the case.
The unworn condition is further confirmed by the completely intact caseback sticker, including the original delivery sticker. The watch has been stored in its original box its entire life, which explains the occasional dust from the yellow cushion on the delivery sticker.
The white Daytona dial still has its tritium lume applied and is, of course, in perfect condition. The lume has developed a slightly creamy patina. The hands are also perfect, with a patina that perfectly complements the dial.
The bezel is perfect and shows no signs of wear. The sapphire crystal is also perfect.
This fantastic Tritium Zenith Daytona will delight its new owner with its box and papers. It has been sold in June 1998 by rolex authorized dealer BOGLIETTI GIOIELLIERE in Biella (LC 170, Italy). The original accessories are in excellent condition, including the period-correct booklet in Italian, translation, and the original red seal.
The 78390 Oyster bracelet with correct 503B end links is, like the watch itself, unworn. It comes with all links and the sticker on the clasp is still intact; only the red color has faded slightly over the decades. Naturally, this is also the original bracelet for the watch, with clasp code Z8 for August 1997.
Conclusion: A perfect, unworn Zenith Daytona in tritium. Why do I emphasize this? Because most unworn Zenith Daytonas are of the latest version (late U to P series). Earlier versions with tritium lume have become very rare.
