Description: Wow. Mega 18239 in unpolished condition with a stunning and rare gray sunray-cut dial.

The case is in wonderful unpolished condition. It features full lugs, perfect edges, and an equally stunning matte finish on the top of the case. There are some signs of wear and a small dent on the lower left lug, but overall, a truly stunning Day-Date case.

The gray sunray-cut dial is in perfect condition. It displays a wonderful color scheme, and as you can see from the pictures, it shifts beautifully between light and dark gray depending on the light. As mentioned, the condition is perfect, and the lume has taken on a wonderful, strong patina.

The hands are also in fantastic condition. The patina of the lume is a shade lighter, but overall, almost perfect and not at all noticeable in person.

The sapphire glas is perfect and the bezel is razor-sharp. By the way, we have given this watch a full service and therefore offer a two-year warranty on its movement function.

This stunning unpolished Day-Date comes with box and papers. It doesn’t have a dealer record, but based on the country code 413, we know it was delivered in South Korea. This also explains its fantastic condition. Asians are very careful about their watches and only collect truly top-notch ones.

The 8385 President bracelet is identical to the watch and in excellent condition. With virtually no stretch, 23 links, and therefore suitable for larger wrists, and a clasp code of R10 for October 1993, it is the original bracelet for the watch. Day-Dates have been delivered in batches, and therefore the clasp code differs slightly.

Conclusion: A magical Day-Date. This combination of classic and sporty, also brought out by the wonderful gray dial, is truly magnificent.
