Description: Stunning Double Quick Day-Date with a beautiful and rare tropical diamond dial.
The case is in excellent condition. Minimally polished in the past, it displays perfect proportions, full lugs, sharp edges, and a very good matte finish on the caseback. Only the lightest signs of wear are present, in the form of micro-scratches.
The bezel, just as the case, is also in excellent condition with a beautifully clear finish and minimal signs of wear.
The dial is the cool highlight of this watch. Originally silver, this dial has undergone a wonderful transition to a rich yellow. This tropical effect is rare and wonderfully even here. Combined with the diamond hour markers, this effect creates a stunning visual effect.
The hands are also in excellent condition, with a patina that complements the dial perfectly.
The 8385 President bracelet is very delicate, with minimal stretch and a fully intact crown on the clasp. The bracelet comes with 22 links and, with clasp code T11 for November 1995, is the original bracelet for the watch.
Conclusion: White gold, tropical finish, and in a great condition. This is what makes a Day-Date fun.
