Description: Fine white gold Day-Date with a super cool blue sunray-cut dial.
The case is in very good condition. Not unpolished, but with full lugs, sharp edges and a very good matte finish on the top of the case. There are signs of wear but overall this is a great vintage case with no weaknesses.
The main feature of this watch is certainly the great dial. Yes, it is a service dial with Superluminova but the look is simply magnificent. It is characterized by a perfect condition, wonderful blue color and a strong sunray-cut. The dial is in perfect condition of course.
The hands are also service hands with Superluminova and are just as perfect.
The 18 carat white gold bezel is still nice and sharp.
The watch comes on a new blue leather strap. The clasp is an original Rolex steel clasp, but it looks perfect with the watch and strap.
Conclusion: Yes, this is not a 100% collector’s Day-Date, but even the biggest collector will agree that this watch is simply a joy to wear on the wrist.
