Rare 1803 white gold with PIE-PAN sunray diamond dial.
The case of this white gold 1803 is in great condition. Certainly polished in the past, it still shows great proportions, nice full horns with wonderfully sharp edges and a wonderful matte finish on the top of the case.
Signs of wear are present, but of course no dents, scratches or anything like that. The hallmarks on the caseback are perfectly visible.
The silver PIE-PAN diamond dial is also in very good condition. As the pictures show, the luminous material has taken on a wonderfully strong and even patina, which contrasts perfectly with the silver sunburst finish. There is a small dot on the leaf below Day’s D, but it doesn’t bother me at all in person.
The hands are identical to the dial in very good condition with a strong, harmonious patina.
The bezel is still sharp, the plexi glas without dents or scratches.
The watch comes on a brand new Kaufmann leather strap with no name buckle
Conclusion: Great 1803 with PIE-PAN sunburst diamond dial at a fair price.
