The watch shows light, superficial signs of wear and minimal sleeve polish. None of it distracts from the watch\u2019s wonderful vintage charm.<\/p>\n<p>The dial is truly special. While it is a service dial, its coloring sets it apart; a close look at the photos reveals that the dial shifts between silver and gold depending on the light\u2014an effect of remarkable intensity that lends the watch a unique charme. The dial is in perfect condition, with all lume dots intact.<\/p>\n<p>The hands are also service hands in perfect condition.<\/p>\n<p>This fantastic, intriguing Day-Date comes with a wonderful scope of delivery. It has originally been sold on December 9, 1985, by rolex authorized dealer Kung Brothers Watch Co. Ltd. in Hong Kong (Country Code 888).<\/p>\n<p>The full set includes the original box, the original wallet and both English booklets with the correct print dates. Also included are service records from Juwelier L\u00fccker (a Rolex concessionaire) and the purchase invoice for an extra link.<\/p>\n<p>The 8385 President bracelet is in fine condition, showing light stretch and a fully intact crown on the clasp. It comes with all 24 links and the clasp code J10 (October 1985) confirms it is the original bracelet for the watch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusion: A fantastic Day-Date with an interesting dial.
